Real Agent Pro has become a great tool and lead generator for me over the past year! Let me start with a bit of background. I’ve been in the business for over 13 years and do a large amount of business by referral and name recognition. I do about 200 transactions per year in which about 120-130 are listings. We offer a ton of awesome tools that really help our sellers and most importantly have the experience they want. Because of our systems I have been the top agent in northern California for nearly a decade and also ranked by The Wall Street Journal as the #1 agent in California. That said we were still aware that we could do and grow our business more. Last year we sat down and really looked through our business and what we have been missing. We found that we had not even touched the expired and FSBO market. We were in the process of hiring and training a VA to handle our expired and FSBO calls when we got a call from Real Agent Pro. After doing our research and listening to some of their calls we found that it would be cheaper for us to hire RAP instead of hiring and “training” an in-house the VA! It was a no brainer. We signed up for a year and the rest has been history. Since we have been with RAP our listing inventory has increased by 15%. With the first few closing they literally paid for themselves.

Bottom line, they put their money where their mouth is. They know their agents, they have their scripts on lock and most importantly have awesome people on staff. When I listen to their calls I just know I couldn’t have trained a VA to do what they do.
